EnglishPetition to the Government of Canada
Whereas:
- Canada is facing severe affordability pressures, including housing costs, food prices, fuel costs, healthcare strain, taxation pressure, and pressure on small businesses;
- Canadians deserve clear, plain language transparency regarding federal spending priorities during periods of economic weakness; and
- The Government of Canada provides international assistance, foreign loans, grants, guarantees, and other overseas financial commitments.
We, the undersigned, citizens and residents of Canada, call upon the Government of Canada to:
1. Conduct and publish a plain language public audit of Canada’s international assistance, foreign loans, grants, guarantees, and overseas financial commitments;
2. Clearly identify which amounts are grants, repayable loans, guarantees, or other financial commitments; disclose the recipients, repayment terms, risk exposure, and expected benefit to Canada where legally permitted;
3. Explain how these expenditures are justified while Canadians face affordability, housing, food, fuel, healthcare, taxation, and small business pressures; and
4. Present this information in a format accessible to the Canadian public.中文翻译与政策说明

联署人资格声明
根据加拿大国会规定，参与此电子联署的签署人必须是加拿大公民（Citizen）或加拿大永久居民（Permanent Resident / 枫叶卡持有者），不限年龄。每人针对同一请愿仅可签署一次。
