综合美媒报道，美国金融业监管局（FINRA）于22日做出这项裁决，认定摩根大通于2024年开除加州比佛利山庄资深经纪人博德纳（Brent Ryan Bodner）的行为，属于“恶意抹黑与不当解雇”，勒令支付高达425万美元（约1.37亿台币）的损害赔偿金。
报道指出，这起事件导火线是一笔发生于2024 年2月的餐费申报，博德纳的律师指出，博德纳当时在自家住宅举办一场“早已获得公司预先批准”的商务会议，邀请一名现有客户和一名潜在的大客户，并由秘书提前数天向熟食店订购一盘642.5美元的熟食拼盘，送至家中。

律师更透露，摩根大通高层担心博德纳发现被调查，会带着大批客户跳槽，因此在还没有开除他前，就悄悄成立一个“客户留置小组”，像“分食尸体的秃鹰一样”，提早将博德纳的客户名单瓜分。 对于仲裁小组的判决，摩根大通发表强硬声明，表示强烈反对并感到遗憾，不排除透过联邦法院提出司法复审。
