It based in the Isle of Man, is a continuous innovation company who aim to “connect the world with the Internet” and take it for their missions.We focus on the Asian region’s integrated marketing, namely, search engine marketing, website technology development, system development, Tencent’s products, corporate’s Internet transformation and other Internet services.We provide the European company with one-stop bespoke service, including platform development, operation, Internet promotion services to help Europen clients grow their business in Asia.


Job Description

职位描述:

1)确保准确管理所有客户信息,确保所有服务内容与方式达到服务标准。

2)对所有客户相关信息进行相关检查,达到相应要求。

3)确保所有客户的支付、财务信息和文件被准确的及时处理,包括退款和赔偿索赔。

4)验证相关网站的所有客户文件,回答有关新客户和客户的任何来电和查询询问。

5)性格积极热情,即使在有压力的环境下也能快速作出反应的能力;强大的团队协作能力,能够自主行动,也能快速支持团队同事。

6)优秀的打字技能、电脑技能。

7)对于客户投诉案件保持冷静,具有快速分析能力、解决问题能力。

8)工作岗位会涉及周期性夜班和周末的倒班。


Responsibilities:

1)Maintain clients information accurately, ensure all service could meet the expectation standard from the customer.

2) Inspect and supervise all sales, check all customer information has recorded accurately.

3)Understands and adheres to the MIC vision and our values.

4) verify all customer documents of relevant websites, and answer any calls and inquiries about new customers and customers.

5Must maintain positive relationships with customers and with other staff. A desire to contribute to and be part of a growing team is necessary.

6)Excellent information technology skill, including intermediate level social media knowledge.

7) keep calm about customer complaints and have the ability to quickly analyze and solve problems.

8) Jobs involve periodic night shifts and weekend shifts.

任职要求:

普通话流利; 善于沟通、耐心、细致、负责、积极,具有团队协作精神; 乐于理解和持续维护与客户之间的关系。负责维护客户与MIC之间的良好关系。这是通过对MIC客户和客户提供持续的支持来实现的,重点是客户满意度和参与度、团队合作和完整的解决方案。


Entry Requirement:

Excellent Mandarin oral and written communication skills are required for this role. An ability to interact with a broad scope of customers including senior leaders in an organization.The Client Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining positive relationships between clients and MIC. This is achieved by providing ongoing support for MIC clients and customers with a focus on client satisfaction and engagement, teamwork, and complete resolutions.
