“此时此刻，我们的当务之急是让安省打开商业大门 ––– 因为只有企业家的成功，才有我们社区明日的繁荣。”--- 福特省长

我们政府再次做出以人民为先的决策，昨日在省议会成功通过《恢复安省竞争力法案》Bill 66。随着监管政策的变化，这次法案将在安省12个行业内大幅减轻政府部门的繁文缛节，鼓励我们本地产业的发展 ––– 以开放安省商业大门为目标，创造更多高质量工作岗位及保护安省现有的就业机会。

在过去的15年里，安省自由党政府对省内的经济发展、就业岗位、及投资机会漠不关心。安大略省在他们的执政下经受了极大的经济衰退。

当时，我们也亲眼目睹了将近30万制造业工作岗位在省内的流失。这都是因为当时的自由党政府政策自相矛盾，一边标榜支持创造新就业机会，却在政策上反对工作岗位创造者。 安省的经济是不可能从这种逻辑混乱的政策中获益的。

这就是为何我们政府坚定决心，承诺在省内打造一个利于商业发展、创造良好就业机会的经济环境。

目前，安省企业面临着加拿大所有省份中最高的规章运行费用 ––– 平均每个企业需上缴$33000，高于其他省份的$25000-27000。中小企业经受着最重的打击， 他们需要支付最高的职员平均规章费用。

这就是我们坚定决心要去除影响企业发展的繁文缛节的理由。我们计划消除高达25%的多余、重复、及过期的规章。

在过去的7个月内，我们政府废寝忘食的工作，就是为了降低伤害各个家庭及企业的征税、手续费、以及昂贵的账单。

我们认为创业家们应该把更多时间花在发展及扩大自己的生意上，而不是填写烦琐无趣的手续、表格。

此时此刻，我们的当务之急是让安省打开商业大门 ––– 因为只有企业家的成功，才有我们社区明日的繁荣。

Our government is putting people first again by passing the Restoring Ontario’s Competitiveness Act (Bill 66). Along with regulatory changes, the Act will reduce specific regulatory burdens in 12 sectors, helping our businesses to grow — and open Ontario for business to create and keep good jobs.

For 15-years, Ontario suffered under a Liberal government who didn’t care about job creation for families or investment in the province.

We saw over 300,000 manufacturing jobs leave our province under their watch. You can’t be for jobs but against job creators. It just doesn’t work like that.

That’s why our government is committed to creating an environment where businesses can grow, thrive and create good jobs right here in Ontario.

Businesses in Ontario face the highest cost to comply with regulations of any other province – at $33,000 per company. That is much higher than the $25-27,000 in most other provinces. Small businesses are hit the hardest, facing highest cost on a per employee basis.

This is why we are committed to cutting red tape that is unnecessary, duplicative and outdated.

Over the past seven months, our government has been hard at work reducing the taxes, the fees and the skyrocketing bills that have left so many families and businesses hurting.

We believe that business owners should spend more time growing their business, than filling out paper work.
