美国通用电气公司一度是全球市值最高的企业,但过去几年它却经历了严重的业绩滑坡,原因就是误判绿色经济和可替代能源发展趋势。也就是我们老百姓常常说的“看走眼啦!


美国能源经济和金融分析研究所发布报告认为,在全球向清洁能源转型时期,通用电气错以为天然气和煤炭需求会伴随全球经济增长而上扬,事实却是新能源价格的快速跌落直接冲击通用电气的半壁江山——燃气涡轮机和热电厂建设。


报告认为,各国2015年在法国首都巴黎签署的遏制全球气候变化协定、即《巴黎协定》是一个转折点,而通用电气就在这个节骨眼上“看走眼”。随着风能和太阳能等可再生能源价格近年来不断降低,绿色经济对传统燃料的需求也随之下降。而在这一转变中,通用电气没能及时应对,尤其作为集团龙头的电力板块继续加大投入天然气轮机方面。据估算,2015年至2018年,通用电气损失1930亿美元,相当于同期平均市值的四分之三。



创新技术驱动风电行业发展

Innovative Technology Drives Growth In The Wind Power Industry

 


德国材料制造商科思创宣布,已向中国客户交付其首个应用于风机叶片的聚氨酯树脂商业订单。

Covestro,a supplier of high-performance polymer materials, has delivered its first commercial order of polyurethane raw materials for wind blades to China.


根据世界风能协会统计,截至2018年底,中国风电装机容量达到221吉瓦,是世界最大的风电市场。

China is the world’s largest wind power market with 221 GW of installed capacity at the end of 2018, according to the World Wind Energy Association.


这批叶片由中国最大的风机叶片制造商之一株洲时代新材料科技股份有限公司制造,并已交付于整机制造商远景能源(江苏)有限公司。

The blades, produced by Zhuzhou Times New Material Technology (TMT), one of the largest manufacturers of wind blades in China, have then been delivered to Envision, a leading global wind turbine technology company.


按计划,这批风机叶片将于今年7月在华东地区的一处风电场进行安装。

They are scheduled to be installed in a wind farm in East China in July 2019.


这批18支59.5米长的聚氨酯风机叶片的主梁和腹板,由时代新材使用科思创提供的聚氨酯树脂制造。

Covestro delivered polyurethane resin to TMT for the production of 18 polyurethane wind blades of 59.5-meter-length, also for the spar caps and shear webs.


这批叶片已成功交付远景能源,标志着科思创为风机叶片开发的创新型聚氨酯树脂在商用风电场项目的成功部署。

These blades were delivered to Envision, heralding the successful deployment of Covestro’s innovative polyurethane resin in blades for commercial wind farm projects.


为完成订单,科思创团队还制造了风机叶片样机,并成功通过静力以及疲劳测试。2018年,该样机在中国中部的一个风电场开始试运行。

To ensure successful deployment, the Covestro wind power team produced a prototype of the wind blades which has passed static and fatigue tests. The prototype was put into trial operation at a wind farm in central China in 2018.

玛氏箭牌与天猫超市、菜鸟日前在上海举行全国冷链协同仓启动庆典,共同庆祝协同仓全部顺利开仓。

Mars Wrigley Confectionery, Tmall Supermarket and CAINIAO recently held a ceremony in Shanghai to celebrate the smooth opening of all cold chain collaborative warehouses.


夏季的冷链宅配一直是巧克力产品的行业痛点。

2018年,玛氏箭牌与天猫超市合作,在广州以自建协同仓为试点,探索夏季冷链仓储的升级之路。

In 2018, Mars Wrigley Confectionery cooperated with Tmall Supermarket to set up a collaborative warehouse in Guangzhou, aiming to explore the upgrade path of cold chain warehousing in summer. 


今年,玛氏箭牌进一步联手天猫超市、菜鸟、淘通科技、九曳供应链,整合多方供应链资源,全面布局冷链网络体系。

This year, Mars Wrigley Confectionery has teamed up with Tmall Supermarket, CAINIAO, Taotall Technology, and Jiuye Supply Chain to integrate multi-supply chain resources, and comprehensively deploy a national cold chain network.


在今年夏季到来前,全国9个冷链协同仓先后完成开仓并投入使用,协同仓整体可覆盖全国18个省份、145个城市,预计将在今年夏季带来千万级的销售增量。

Before the summer arrived in 2019, nine cold chain collaborative warehouses across the country had been opened and put into use. The logistics distribution can cover 18 provinces and 145 cities in China. It is expected to bring tens of millions of incremental sales this summer.



德国折扣超市阿尔迪进驻沃尔玛后院

Aldi Moves Into Walmart~q~s Backyard


据美国有线电视新闻网报道,近日,在离沃尔玛位于阿肯色州本顿维尔的总部不到一英里的地方,德国折扣超市阿尔迪落户。

Less than a mile from Walmart~q~s massive headquarters in Bentonville, Arkansas, a new neighbor has settled in: German discount grocery store Aldi.


这是阿尔迪集团50亿美元计划的一部分,该公司计划到2022年底将在美国的门店从目前的1900家增加到2500家。阿尔迪有望成为美国第三大食品杂货连锁店,仅次于沃尔玛和克罗格。

It~q~s part of Aldi~q~s $5 billion plan to expand to 2,500 stores in America by the end of 2022, up from around 1,900 today. Aldi is on track to become the third-largest grocery chain in the country behind Walmart and Kroger.


阿肯色大学前供应链管理助理教授Annibal Sodero称,Aldi对沃尔玛构成"重大威胁",且"在短期内很有可能扩大市场份额"。

Annibal Sodero, a former assistant professor of supply chain management at the University of Arkansas said, Aldi poses a "significant threat" to Walmart and seems "very well positioned to gain market share in the short run."


但阿尔迪希望以最低的价格赢得本顿维尔沃尔玛的顾客。这家店占地约2.2万平方英尺,其销售的90%以上的品牌都是自有品牌。

But Aldi hopes to win over Walmart customers in Bentonville with rock-bottom prices, an approximately 22,000-square-foot small store and more than 90% of the brands Aldi sells are its own private labels.



丰田为电动汽车设定宏伟新目标

Toyota Sets Aggressive New Target For Electrified Cars


据美国有线电视新闻网报道,丰田日前表示,将与日本的斯巴鲁合作,建立一个专门生产纯电动汽车的平台。

Toyota said recently that it would build a manufacturing platform dedicated to battery electric vehicles with Japan~q~s Subaru.


两家公司在一份声明中表示,该行业正在经历一场“深刻的变革”,这种变革每100年才会发生一次。

The companies said in a statement that the industry is undergoing a "profound transformation," the likes of which occurs only once every 100 years, by CNN reports.


声明称: “斯巴鲁和丰田都被要求以前所未有的速度进行技术开发。”

"Both Subaru and Toyota are required to conduct technological development with a sense of speed across a broader-than-ever spectrum of initiatives," the statement said.


近日,这家全球第二大汽车制造商将电动汽车占总销量约一半的目标提前了5年。

The world~q~s second largest carmaker on recent moved forward by five years its goal of having electrified vehicles account for roughly half of sales.


与斯巴鲁的合作可能有助于丰田实现其新目标,即到2025年将混合动力或电动汽车的年销量大幅提高至550万辆。之前的目标是2030年。

Cooperation with Subaru may help Toyota meet its new goal of dramatically boosting the number of hybrid or electric vehicles it sells to 5.5 million a year by 2025. Its previous target was 2030.


据悉,为确保有足够的电池提供给这些电动汽车,丰田近日还宣布,已同意与5家新的电池供应商合作。

Toyota is also working to make sure it has enough batteries to power those cars, announcing recetly that it has agreed to partner with five new battery suppliers.


其中三家供应商是日本公司,而另外两家宁德时代和比亚迪则来自中国。

Three of the suppliers are Japanese companies, while two — Contemporary Amperex Technology and electric carmaker BYD are from China.
