Drive the development and expansion of the Chinese market, selling our software to new and existing TeamViewer customers
Use historical CRM and sales data to find leads, converting them to re-orders
Actively contact potential and existing customers and convert to opportunities
Provide advice to new and existing customers by phone and e-mail / chat
Find opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell by providing solutions that solve our customers IT challenges
Collect and record Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data, leveraging CRM insights and sales history to enhance Customer rapport and provide account specific sales solutions
Present, sell and upsell TeamViewer solutions in each outbound or inbound customer interaction
Prepare quotes for TeamViewer solutions that meet individual needs of each customer
Stay informed about Teamviewer solutions to ensure you can effectively translate product features into benefits and sales solutions for your customers
Deliver a best-in-class experience to customers throughout the entire business and sales strategy implementation
Strong business acumen
Proven sales experience in phone based or B2B sales, directly servicing the Chinese market
Business level Chinese and English language skills
Experience working with IT support helpdesks, system Integrators, or similar IT service delivery organisations is an advantage
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner when dealing with customers over the phone and via email
Motivation to drive success and meet sales targets
Enthusiasm, positivity and willingness to help others
Open-minded and team-oriented
Flexibility to work changing work hours to cover various time zones
Right to work in Australia is essential
