周五（5月24日）：

周五是没有比赛的，但为了设置赛道，Laurier Avenue匝道向东行至Queen Elizabeth道路都将关闭。

国家艺术中心（National Arts Centre）后面的Lawrence Freiman路也会封锁一部分道路

周六（5月25日）：

2千米，5千米和10千米的比赛将分别于下午3点，4点和6点30分开始，主要是沿着Rideau Canal, 金三角（the Golden Triangle）和国会山公园
