高福简历如下：

1979年，高福进入山西农业大学畜牧兽医系兽医专业学习   。

1983年，毕业获得学士学位，之后进入北京农业大学（现中国农业大学）动医学院，师从郭玉璞教授 ，就读微生物学与动物传染病学方向研究生。

1986年，毕业获得硕士学位，之后留校任教，先后担任北京农业大学助教、讲师（至1991年）。
